Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At ByMireva.com, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges work for clothing, accessories and fashion items purchased online, in line with UK and EU consumer law.


2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

  • You must notify us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day period.

  • Once notified, you have another 14 days to return the items.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

  • If you cancel before your order is shipped, the refund will be made within 14 days of cancellation.


3. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

  • Items must be free from make-up, perfume, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Earrings and other pierced jewellery.

  • Swimwear and lingerie without hygiene seals intact.

  • Customised or personalised items.


5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@bymireva.com.

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping in these cases.

  • You may choose a replacement (if available) or a full refund.


6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

  • If you cancel your order within the 14-day period, we will refund the cost of the items plus the standard delivery fee. Any additional charges for express or premium delivery are non-refundable.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

  2. Pack your items securely with tags and original packaging.

  3. Use a trackable shipping method where possible.
